MANILA – Maxene Magalona threw her support behind her brother Elmo Magalona, who got embroiled in a controversy late last year after his breakup with Janella Salvador.

“Mas naging close siya kay God these past few years and nakakatuwa na makita ang growth niya as a man. Of course, siyempre bilang ate, pinagsasabihan ko din ang mga kapatid ko, ipinapakita ko sa kanila. Kasi, sino ba naman ako para mag-judge?” she said.

When asked how Elmo is currently doing, Maxene said he is okay but he doesn’t want to speak for her brother.
