MANILA - ABS-CBN's new primetime offerings, "Inday Bote" and "Bridges of Love," posted huge leads over their respective rival programs on Monday, according to data from multi-national market research group Kantar Media.
The pilot episode of "Inday Bote," featuring Alex Gonzaga as the titular character, garnered a nationwide rating of 18.4%. Its rival show, "My Love From the Star," only got 12.3%. Overall, "Inday Bote" ranked sixth in the list of the most watched programs for the day.
"Bridges of Love," which took the fourth spot in the same list, also won its time slot with a national TV rating of 21.9%. Its competing program, "Second Chances," lagged behind by eight points with only 13.6%.
An adaptation of the Pablo S. Gomez comics series, "Inday Bote" is directed by Malu Sevilla and Jon Villarin. It also stars Matteo Guidicelli, Kean Cipriano, Aiko Melendez, Nikki Valdez and Alonso Muhlach. It airs weeknights before "TV Patrol."

With a time slot after "Forevermore," "Bridges of Love" sees the second team-up of Maja Salvador and Jericho Rosales, this time with Paulo Avelino, Carmina Villaroel and Edu Manzano. It is under the direction of Dado Lumibao, Richard Somes, and Will Fredo.
