"Kinikilig, puso'y pumipintig, hindi mo ba naririnig?"

True to the lyrics of their song, that’s likely how the Blooms, supporters of the Filipino girl group BINI, felt. They went wild over the "Kinikilig" and "Golden Arrow" production number during the BINIVERSE World Tour at the Philippine Arena.

In the performances, the members showcased their original "ships" or pairings that fans support and love. This cute and playful fan service brought the Blooms to a frenzy, leaving the whole arena thrilled.

Idol stans usually love pairing up members of their favorite groups. This is also true for the BINI girls, who have four original ships. These include JhoCey of Jhoanna and Stacey, MaColet of Maloi and Colet, MikhAiah Mikha and Aiah, and the Hambebe teamup of Gwen and Sheena.

Stacey noted how happy and excited the Blooms seemed during the production number.

“O ‘di ba, ang saya ng blooms. Nakita niyo yung mga OG ships,” she mentioned.

BINI’s leader, Jhoanna, agreed, saying it was one of the most anticipated moments from their supporters.

“Most requested din talaga ng blooms ‘yung OG ships,” Jhoanna shared.

As the girls were giving their "ment" (a segment where idols give speeches and speak freely to the audience), concert attendees seemed to clamor more for the tandem of Mikha and Aiah.

Jhoanna and the girls then teased the MikhAiah tandem, even briefly singing an a cappella version of "Kinikilig."

She went on, “Sige na, MikhAiah pagbigyan niyo na sila. O sige sabay-sabay, MikhAiah ka ba?”

Stacey added to the fun, jokingly asking if the fans didn’t like her and Jhoanna’s JhoCey tandem.

“Ayaw niyo ng JhoCey? Bakit ‘di niyo pinapansin ‘yung JhoCey? Kayo ha bias kayo. Nag-kiss na kami ni Jho,” she teased.

Aside from the unexpected kilig from the team-ups, BINI also delighted fans by including tracks from their debut album Born to Win, such as "Golden Arrow" and "Here With You."

Their 2024 song "Blooming" also made its way into the new setlist, along with the much-anticipated stage debut performance of their newest single, "Blink Twice."

BINI kicked off their BINIverse World Tour at the Philippine Arena on February 15. The tour is set to include international stops in Dubai, London, New York, and more.

The nation’s girl group is also set to release an upcoming extended play (EP) also titled BINIverse on February 27. Aside from the hit "Cherry on Top," it will include upcoming tracks such as "Zero Pressure," "Out of My Head," and "Secrets," featuring former DAY6 member Jae Park, also known as eaJ.

In a post on X, the Argentine-American singer-songwriter shared in a repost that it is “such a blessing and honor” to work with BINI on the track.
