The 2020 edition of Wanderland music festival, which was supposed to take place this weekend, has been postponed as a precaution against the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), organizers announced Tuesday.

“Despite our best efforts to implement health & safety measures in the festival, it is with the heaviest heart to announce that… we are left with no choice but to reschedule Wanderland 2020 to a later date,” said the festival’s organizers in a statement published on Wanderland’s social media pages.

Organizers, however, have yet to give a new date for the festival.

Details about refunds will be announced soon, organizers said.

Prior to the postponement, Wanderland – a music festival held annually since 2013 – has dealt with numerous cancellations from performers this year due to fears over the new coronavirus.
