MANILA—When she first joined "The Voice of the Philippines," she was young enough for its kids' edition. Now, Kate Campo is back and is looking to win this year's ongoing teens season.

She was the last contestant in Saturday's episode of "The Voice Teens 2," and made all but one coach turn with her cover of "Pusong Ligaw." She joined Sarah Geronimo's team.

Campo was praised mainly for her sweet voice and the emotion she managed to convey, though the coaches pointed out that her turn on the stage was a bit inconsistent.

Bamboo, her coach on "The Voice Kids," said that it felt like he heard two performances, noting that her first part was great.

The rock star didn't turn for her this time, but said that he's glad Geronimo and the others did as she deserves this chance.

Campo, 13, is from Angono, Rizal.

She joined the second season of "The Voice Kids" in 2015, but bowed out of it in the Battle Rounds after unfortunately getting grouped with eventual winner Elha Nympha.
