They've been very open about their feelings for one another, with Angel Locsin saying that he was the "best part" of her 2017.

And now, the "Pilipinas Got Talent" judge has finally confirmed that she and movie producer Neil Arce have taken their relationship up another notch. "Yes, we're together," she told PEP.

She shared that she and Arce became a couple just this month.

She also described their relationship as similar to that of close friends, and that they're in no rush to get married.

"Right now we are taking our time," she said. "Siguro sobrang take our time, ganun, pero sobrang ini-enjoy pa lang namin. I'm just happy na nandiyan siya sa tabi ko."

Locsin has been friends with Arce for 7 years. But it was only last October when she first opened up about their possible romance.

She explained that she's hesitant to enter a romantic relationship with Arce because she doesn't want to ruin their friendship.

In her New Year's message to Arce, she said: "Falling in love with you was the best part of my 2017. Excited to share my 2018 with you."
