MANILA - Nigerian singer Bobby Skyz and former “Tawang ng Tanghalan” grand finalist Sam Mangubat collaborated for a new song dedicated to actress Nadine Lustre.

Titled “Nadine (Morena Girl)," its official lyric video was released on YouTube on Saturday.

The release came just a week since Lustre and James Reid officially announced their separation after being a couple for almost four years.

Part of the song’s lyrics goes: “Can I kiss you in the morning when you wake up? Parang sobrang ganda mo kahit no make up. If we ever fall in love, we’ll never break up. My morena, my morena girl.”

On Twitter, Mangubat said Lustre is truly the epitome of a beautiful morena girl and that inspired him and Bobby Skyz to write the track.

As of writing, the lyric video already has more than 10,000 views.
