Forced to go on the run after the events of "Captain America: Civil War", Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) must confront the darker parts of her ledger even as she takes on the murderous Taskmaster, who has the power to replicate the physical movement of peak-level humans.
Along for the ride are members of her own family, the second Black Widow Yelena (Florence Pugh), Red Guardian (David Harbour), and Melina (Rachel Weisz).
Directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige, “Black Widow” is the first film in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The movie precedes the events of "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Endgame."
It hits US theaters on May 1, 2020.
