MANILA -- Five-day Tawag ng Tanghalan defending champion Dominador Alviola Jr. successfully defended his title again against three new aspirants on "It's Showtime" Tuesday.

Alviola, who is fondly called "Daddy D" on the show, sang Larry Graham's classic "One In A Million You."

The 44-year-old father and habal-habal driver beat Rina Forbes of Mandaluyong, Gemma Noveno of Batangas, and Marielle Montellano of Cebu. He is the first Tawag ng Tanghalan contestant to enter the semifinals.
