MOMOLAND has an aspiring member: Boy Abunda. At least that’s what the TV host said, in jest, as he welcomed the popular K-pop girl group to his “Tonight” show for its first episode in 2020.

Hoping to earn his spot in the group, Abunda asked the girls to teach him the choreography of their breakout hit “Bboom Bboom.” They obliged the request, and even sang along with each step they demonstrated.

That’s just one part of MOMOLAND’s fun-filled guesting. Later in the program, they were tasked to rate Kapamilya actors based on photos shown on screen.

Among the stars they described, with emojis, as cute, handsome, or hot, are Joshua Garcia, Marco Gumabao, Enrique Gil, Bailey May, Empoy, and Ryan Bang.

MOMOLAND’s appearance on “Tonight with Boy Abunda” is just one of many ABS-CBN projects of the group lined up in 2020, after they signed with the Kapamilya network late last year.

Member Nancy, in particular, will co-star with James Reid in the series “Soulmate Project,” produced by Dreamscape Entertainment and directed by Antoinette Jadaone.
