If we're talking about winds that only go up to 64 kilometers per hour, then a zebra would fit the bill.
Zebras are famous for their unique patterns (and take note, each zebra has a different pattern), and when they stay in groups, they form a "dazzle" which helps confuse predators because the whole group appears to be one big animal.
But behind that fur...what is a zebra's true color?
