The Department of Transportation (DOTr) said passengers can ride the MRT-3 for free on June 12, Wednesday, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

DOTr Assistant Secretary for Railways and MRT-3 Officer-in-Charge Jorjette Aquino said she hoped this would remind Filipinos of the sacrifices heroes made for a free country.
