MANILA - Tax collections increased 15.34 percent in November, in a boost to the government's drive to rebuild the country's infrastructure, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) said Monday.

A streamlined collection process helped the BIR collect P157.29 billion for the month, up from P136.37 billion during the same period last year, the agency said.
