MANILA - The Philippine video streaming market gets more crowded as HBO GO formally launched its services in the country on Monday.

The new streaming service will be offered for just P149 a month with a 7-day free trial, HBO Asia said in a statement.

Subscribers will be able to watch complete seasons of HBO shows like Game of Thrones, Chernobyl, Sex and the City, as well as exclusive series like The Handmaid's Tale and The Deuce, which are only available on HBO GO, HBO Asia said.

The HBO GO app can be downloaded at the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or viewers can visit the HBO Asia website.

"Each HBO GO account can be viewed on two concurrent streams across five registered devices and the service has Airplay and Chromecast functionalities," the company said.
