MANILA - Maynilad Water Services Inc. said Thursday it signed a joint venture agreement with PT Moya Indonesia to provide water services in Indonesia.

The company told the stock exchange the joint venture company, tentatively named PT Water Tecnologia Indonesia, will provide water pipe network design and installation as well as non-revenue water and wastewater management.

Maynilad will own 49 percent of the company while Moya Indonesia will own 51 percent, Maynilad said.
