DoubleDragon acquires third industrial warehouse complex

MANILA - DoubleDragon on Friday said it has acquired a third site for its industrial warehouse leasing arm CentralHub.

The facility in Danao, Cebu will have an initial area of 5.2 hectares and a capacity of 27,212 square meters, DoubleDragon said in a statement.

The Danao site will be the second major CentralHub complex in the Visayas region after Iloilo, DoubleDragon said.

CentralHub has acquired 81,210 square meters of industrial warehouse leasable space.
