MANILA - Representatives of President Rodrigo Duterte's delegation to Moscow signed business agreements with their Russian counterparts on Friday.Trade Secretary Mon Lopez said the signings were “the beginning of strengthening ties with Russian investors and market.”Below are the signed agreements:1.
