MANILA - The 20-percent discount for senior citizens who book flights online will be offered starting on Friday, Civil Aeronautics Board Executive Director Carmelo Arcilla said.
The discount will be on top of the 12-percent value added tax exemption for seniors, Arcilla said.
The 20-percent discount, however, will be limited to fares and will not cover additional baggage, the official told reporters.
Passengers need to input their details on their senior citizen ID cards while booking online, and they must also present these ID cards upon check-in, Cebu Pacific said. -- report from Jacque Manabat, ABS-CBN News
