SM to open its biggest mall in the Bicol region

MANILA – SM Prime Holdings Inc said Tuesday it would open its newest mall in Legazpi City in Albay on Sept. 14. 

At 88,000 square meters, SM City Legazpi will be the company’s biggest mall in the Bicol region, the mall developer owned by billionaire Henry Sy told the stock exchange.

SM City Legazpi is located along the Imelda Roces Avenue and is equipped with a PWD-access ramps and a total of 922 carpark slots, SM Prime said. 

SM Prime has opened 3 new malls in the first half of 2018, with SM Center Ormoc in Leyte is set to open late this year.
