MANILA - SKY Fiber on Wednesday launched its new set of unlimited fiber home internet subscription plans and the country's first all-in box.

SKY Fiber said it would offer affordable unlimited "Super Speed Plans" including 25mbps at only P1,499 a month, 50mpbs at P1,999 a month, 75mbps at P2,499 a month and 150mbps at P3,499, with select rates that are up to P900 cheaper a month than its rivals, it said.

"Hooking up to fiber-fast internet connection gives users the chance to enjoy faster and smoother music and video streaming, play video games without a lag, or simply have a seamless surfing experience," SKY Fiber said.

It also introduced the country's first SKY Fiber All-In Box, which combines unli-fiber broadband and HD TV in one device.

The box is a WiFi-enabled modem, digital terrestrial TV and cable TV modem in one, freeing users from the hassle of maintaining 3 different devices, Sky Cable Corp's head of Broadband Products Alan Supnet said.

"In terms of price, you have to have these different boxes installed and it can be a bit pricey. We're going to eliminate that with the introduction of Sky Fiber all-in box," Supnet said.

Subscribers can enjoy unlimited fiber connection, iWant TV channels with the built-in iWant app, select TVplus channels and the option to customize and select from over 80 cable channels using the box, said SKY Cable Corp's Cable TV product head Joy Lantin.

"It allows Filipino families to enjoy unlimited, fiber-fast internet speeds of up to 200 mbps and watch television and online shows," SKY Fiber said.

The all-in Box with SKY Fiber's unlimited and affordable plans is initially available in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, Davao and General Santos.
