MANILA – Regulators on Thursday asked Grab and UHOP to take in drivers of rival ride-sharing service Uber, while it it serves out a 1-month suspension.

Uber on Thursday asked the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory to allow it to pay a P10-million fine instead of suspending it for violating a moratorium on the registration of new vehicles.
