MANILA - The second generation president of food ingredients and plastics maker D&L Industries, Alvin Lao, says it can get lonely at the top but he feels blessed to have his family's support.
"We have surrounded ourselves with very good people so we try to lead by example," Lao tells ANC.
Lao says the learning experience is never-ending, and that it is important to listen to feedback.
