MANILA - Commuters will get to ride the MRT-3, LRT-1 and LRT-2 for free on June 12 in celebration of the country's Independence Day, the Department of Transportation said Tuesday.

On its Facebook page, the DOTr said the capital's main railways will offer free rides from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m, and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
