MANILA -- Domestic commercial flights will remain prohibited until Friday, May 15, Malacañang said Tuesday, as it announced new pandemic quarantines until the end of the month.

Starting May 16, only Metro Manila, Laguna province, and Cebu City will remain under a "modified" enhanced community quarantine wherein select sectors can operate up to 50 percent of its full capacity.
