MANILA--The Philippine National Railways has resumed its Bicol commuter service with the lifting of the lockdown over the region, the railway operator said on Wednesday.

The PNR said that after conducting successful tests along the route, it has resumed its Naga-Sipocot-Naga service with three round trips daily, with fares ranging between P12 tand P32.

People who want to enter the train stations will be thermally scanned; those with a body temperature of 37.8 degrees Celsius or higher will not be allowed to board, PNR said.
