MANILA, Philippines - Gokongwei-led property developer Robinsons Land Corp. is planning to turn its property in Quezon City into a P30-billion business park.
RLC president Frederick Go said it will start constructing the first office building in the Bridgetown Business Park.
"We we are planning a major business park along C-5 in Libis. It is easily a P30 billion development project," Go said.
Go did not give details about the property, but RLC acquired a two-hectare property in Libis last year from Republic Glass Holdings Inc.
RLC already has a business part, the CyberGate Business Park located in Mandaluyong City.
The property company is also pursuing investments in malls, hotels and offices. RLC is planning to open four new malls this year located in Malolos, Roxas City, Butuan, and Santiago, Isabela.
Also, RLC is opening two new office buildings in Ortigas Business Center, as well as P8-billion worth of residential projects and three budget hotels in Ortigas, Manila and Iloilo.
