MANILA - Globe Telecom subscribers will be charged nothing for calls made to COVID-19 hotlines, its spokesperson said Thursday.

The government launched several COVID-19 hotlines which Filipinos can call 24/7 for health concerns during the Luzon-wide lockdown.

"'Napakalaking tulong para sa ating mga kababayan kaya 'yung hotline po kasi ang ginagawa natin dyan zero rate na," Globe Telecom head of Communications Yoly Crisanto said in press briefing.

(This is a big help for our fellow countrymen that's why we made it zero rate)

The Department of Health earlier urged the public to call the hotlines 02-894-COVID (02-894-26843) and 1555. Several government agencies have their own hotlines.
