MANILA – A talented pool of workers will give the Philippines an edge in attracting business process outsourcing firms, notwithstanding ongoing tax reforms aimed at the corporate sector, the head of a BPO company said Tuesday.

Being open to new technologies will help BPOs in the Philippines keep up with changing demand, said Alorica Asia President Bong Borja.
