MANILA - Ayala Corp said Thursday its subsidiary AC Health would increase its stake in Generika Group to 52.5 percent from 50 percent.

AC Health signed conditional agreements to subscribe to an additional 2.5 percent stake in each of the Generika companies, Ayala Corp said in a disclosure to the stock exchange.
