MANILA - Robinsons Land Corp said Monday it partnered with Hong Kong Land for its first luxury condominium project.
The Velaris Residences will feature two-level penthouses, 156-square meter three-bedrooms units, 105.5-sqm two-bedroom units and 46 to 81 sqm one-bedroom units. It will be launched on Feb. 21 and will be completed in 2024, the developer said.
Located within Robinsons Land's Bridgetowne community, The Velaris Residences will leverage Hong Kong Land's smart home expertise, including digital locks and mobile-app controlled air-conditioning and lighting, the company said.
"The Philippine property market is one of the most exciting markets in Asia, and we are delighted to be part of it and to bring the innovations and design excellence that Hongkong Land is known for," said Hongkong Land chief executive Robert Wong.
Bridgetowne connects Pasig and Quezon City. It has access points through C5, Ortigas Avenue and Amang Rodriguez Avenue, RLC said. The luxury development will benefit from the government's Manila Subway and MRT-4 projects.
