MANILA - Robinsons Land Corp said Monday it partnered with Hong Kong Land for its first luxury condominium project.

The Velaris Residences will feature two-level penthouses, 156-square meter three-bedrooms units, 105.5-sqm two-bedroom units and 46 to 81 sqm one-bedroom units. It will be launched on Feb. 21 and will be completed in 2024, the developer said.

Bridgetowne connects Pasig and Quezon City. It has access points through C5, Ortigas Avenue and Amang Rodriguez Avenue, RLC said. The luxury development will benefit from the government's Manila Subway and MRT-4 projects.
