MANILA - Ligo Philippines has employees that have been with the company for 38 years, and its president says such loyalty requires a firm, fair and understanding boss.

"Hindi lang parating because you're the boss (It can't be just because you're the boss), what you say is the rule... what you say is always right. I don't believe in that," Gregory Tung Jr. tells ANC in an exclusive interview.
