MANILA—The Department of Budget and Management on Friday said the scheduled fourth tranche of salary hike for government employees will be implemented in February.

“With pronouncements from Congress that budget bill will be their top priority upon resumption next week, we expect the GAA to be signed first week February,” Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno said.
