Q&A just launched its weekend brunch menu.

Look forward to handmade and handpicked brunch selections at Q&A Kitchen + Bar—from warm, sweet and savory breads to mouthwatering dishes, fruit and veg coolers, brunch-centric cocktails, and much more.

A definite winner for pasta lovers is the Garganelli, Pesto Verde, Peas, Lemon Ricotta, and Poached Egg. More hearty options include Kurobuta Pork Belly Adobo accompanied by garlic rice and a sunny side-up egg; Fresh Corned Beef and Caramelized Onions, available either as a sandwich or over garlic fried rice with a sunny side-up egg; and Braised Short Ribs and Pepper Sauce, served with brioche, caramelized onions, and a poached egg.

For those looking for lighter options, try the Spicy Avocado Toast, which has marinated salmon, lemon ricotta, and a parfait egg; Granola, served with fresh Rizal Farm yogurt; and French Toast, which is Brioche Nanterre with caramelized lakatan, walnuts, and sea salt.

Guests can also avail of a free single serving of Baked Alaska (good for three persons) for a minimum spend of P1,800 on May 11 and 12, valid for dine-in. Q&A Kitchen + Bar’s Brunch Specials are available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm.

Chef Markus Gfeller, known to have pioneered the fine dining experience in the 1990s, has put together a carefully curated modern European brunch menu that moms will surely delight in.

At the just opened Caffe Freddo, you can customize your all-day breakfast bowl with your choice of white rice, brown rice, or savory oats. Customers can also enjoy unique all-day brunch meals such as Ube and Matcha Pancakes, Brioche French Toast, Avocado Tartine, and the Muesli Bowl. Popular mains include Fried Chicken Confit & Fries and Pork Porchetta. The delightful array of desserts include Mango Granita, Greek Yogurt Panna Cotta, and Warm Berry Crumble. Prices range from P200 to P380, quite reasonable for the BGC area.

To complete your Caffe Freddo experience, pair your brunch choices with the impressive coffee selection, all brewed from premium coffee beans by Bluestone Lane from New York City. They are especially proud of the café’s namesake, The Freddo, an iced coffee drink with a double shot of espresso and sweetened thick frothed milk. The Freddo also comes in Mocha, Chai, and Coco variants.

Another unique blend worth trying is Caffe Freddo’s coffee with a kick, named Kendo Rose. It has a double shot of espresso, tonic water, rose syrup, and lemon. Customers can also choose from whole milk, almond milk, coconut milk, and oat milk. Coffee price ranges from P100 to P190.

The Luxe Sunday Brunch at this elegant French Provençal restaurant features a luscious spread of savories including a live carving station highlighting tender Wagyu beef, roasted Porchetta, Lamb, a bountiful selection of fresh crustaceans like lobster, tiger prawns, crabs, together with choices of clams and mussels, and a delicious tartare station.

The classic Luxe Sunday Brunch without the upgraded beverage package is available at P2,750++ per person.
