Bar Talks will be followed by the main event, a Bar Takeover of the Shangri-La at the Fort’s award winning speakeasy, The Back Room. Starting at 8 P.M., the four visiting bartenders take over the bar for the rest of the night, giving bargoers a once-in-a-blue moon chance to enjoy a taste of some of their signature cocktails without having to fly out of Manila. It’s one event that cocktail enthusiasts will not want to miss.
