VIDEO: With sous vide cooking, you won’t want to cook your beef any other way

Chef Kalel Chan of Motto Motto shows us how he makes beef gyudon using a sous vide cooker. The beef is vacuum sealed in a plastic bag then submerged in a gently heated water bath for an hour, to create perfectly medium rare slices.
