The heat is here – and summer is screaming right in our faces! The sweltering weather makes us look forward to beach trips, thus our constant worry about showing off our summer bods right in time to enjoy vacation time. We do tedious prep months before April rolls in – including keeping our skin smooth and hair-free.

For the busy women like myself, I like to choose treatments that can solve my problems – fast. So one not-so-busy afternoon, I braved myself to get the ultimate strip of my life – the Brazillian all off wax + facial or what they call wax and polish at Strip.

Many have the misconception that it’s painful (I’m guilty of this myself). With that notion, I set my mind to endure whatever discomfort it may cause.

The beginning was a bit awkward, being a Brazillian virgin. But to my surprise, I found myself liking the treatment. This can actually be my regular thing!

Hot wax is applied to the area, gently spreading it evenly part after part, and with a swift movement – strip! The temperature is quite relaxing (also thanks to its cucumber extracts) and helped me with all the jitters I was feeling during the treatment. But it was nice and fast, and in less than half an hour, I was beach-ready!

The treatment came with a facial down there, to get rid of stubborn bumps and excess dirt as well. I also didn’t miss giving my legs some love and stripped it off of hair as well. I’m totally good to don a cute two-piece!
