Christmas is around the corner, and what is more exciting than the joy of shopping for presents and Christmas furnishings for your home? But this year, there is a new twist in the tale that is changing the way we get our hands on home furnishings.
Have you noticed these peculiar billboards while traveling through EDSA, C5, SLEX, or NLEX?
"This is an IKEA store" signs with a QR code are also seen on trucks, Grab cars, e-jeeps, and various stores and restaurants.
These visuals are part of the newest campaign of the Swedish home furnishing brand, IKEA.
Titled "IKEA Everywhere", the campaign's message is simple – IKEA is everywhere: in the city, in homes, and even on your phones, thanks to the IKEA.PH online shopping site. Here, you may browse and select home furnishing items and accessories.
To make the holiday season even exciting, another innovative avenue has opened up for more Filipinos to acquire these home furnishings.
In line with its "IKEA Everywhere" campaign, the Swedish brand is extending its reach to more Filipinos, as residents across the Philippines may now access home furnishings through IKEA's parcel delivery service, which has expanded to all areas of the country.
"With our parcel delivery now opening to more than 7,000 islands of the Philippines, we are one big step closer in bringing a better everyday life to the many Filipinos. We are excited for the Filipinos in Visayas and Mindanao to discover our quality and affordable home solutions," said Jarek Lesniewski, Country Fulfillment Operations Manager at IKEA Philippines.
Whether you reside in Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao, you may visit the official online store of IKEA Philippines and shop online for your chosen furniture and accessories, all to be delivered straight to your doorstep. This service caters to items weighing up to 30kg, with a maximum length per item of 1.8 meters.
Below are the parcel delivery fees in all areas:
- P170 for Metro Manila
- P200 (previously P350) for Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Tarlac, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Quezon

The accessibility drive does not stop there. IKEA is currently offering a 50% discount on truck delivery fees, starting at P600, for all orders in Luzon until November 5, 2023.
For a convenient omnichannel shopping experience, different services are available, including click and collect, online planning services, assembly services, and installment payment plans via major credit cards.
