“ASAP” paid its last respects to late OPM songwriter Willy Cruz, who died early Easter Monday after suffering a stroke.

In a touching number on Sunday, the variety show’s mainstays including Piolo Pascual, Toni Gonzaga, Martin Nievera, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Morissette Amon, Klarisse de Guzman, Yeng Constantino, Angeline Quino and Sarah Geronimo performed the songs which Cruz composed.

These include “Doon Lang,” “Let the Pain Remain,” “Hanggang Kailan Kita Mamahalin,” “Mahawi Man ang Ulap” and “Pangrap na Bituin.”

OPM icon Noynoy Zuñiga was also part of the tribute and he sang “Never Ever Say Goodbye.”
