If Manny Pacquiao doesn’t get a rematch against Floyd Mayweather Jr., there’s one fight he is really interested in.

Pacquiao said he wants to fight Juan Manuel Marquez for the fifth time to get a chance to avenge his humiliating knockout loss to “Dinamita” in 2012.

"Yes, I would like to [fight him again], because I would like to get even for that fight where he surprised me with only one punch,” Pacquiao told Boxing Scene.

The Filipino was dominating Marquez in that fight, having broken the Mexican’s nose going to the sixth round.

But Dinamita caught Pacquiao with a well-time right hand while the Filipino was charging in. The hit knocked Pacquiao out cold.

“It was a fight in which I was sure of that I could finish him in the next round. But he set me up very well with that punch, and all of that is part of the risks that come with boxing," said Pacquiao, who has reclaimed the WBO welterweight title.

Pacquiao admitted that he paid dearly for his reckless ways against Marquez.

"I was looking to finish him, but I had a moment where I wasn't paying attention. I got careless and everyone already knows what happened, he connected with a very good punch."

Pacquiao rested for nearly a year after that loss and came back with a vengeance by scoring a lopsided win against Brandon Rios in 2013.

In his most recent fight, the Filipino boxer defeated Jessie Vargas to become the first active senator to win a boxing title.

Pacquiao also said he is open to take on another rising star, two-time Olympic gold medalist Vasyl Lomachenko.

Lomachenko said he is willing to take on Pacquiao at 135 pounds.

"Imagine me back at 135 pounds? I can do it. 140 is my natural weight. I need to eat five times a day to make 147 and sometimes I throw up from eating too much," Pacquiao said in another Boxing Scene report.
