There's a long list of people who were outraged by Jeff Horn's controversial victory over Manny Pacquiao on Sunday.

Add ESPN analyst and boxing trainer Teddy Atlas to the list.

Atlas, who was part of ESPN's broadcast team for the Pacquiao-Horn bout, could not hide his displeasure that he decided to give Horn a piece of his mind.

"Congratulations, great effort. But I thought that you lost," he said while interviewing Horn.

A footage of the interview was Tweeted by Sport Illustrated.

"I thought that this guy was landing the punches, you were throwing a lot that were missing."

Nevertheless, he commended Horn for his determination.

In a separate video Tweeted by Sports Illustrated, Atlas was shown visibly upset after it was announced that Horn was handed a 117-111, 115-113, 115-113 win over Pacquiao.

"You're not supposed to (win) for trying hard! You're supposed to get it for winning," said the color commentator, who used to train Mike Tyson.

"I though Pacquiao won the fight if you go by the real rules. The Marquess of Queensberry rules. (The winner should be) who lands the cleaner punches."

Based on CompuBox statistics, Pacquiao out-landed Horn in 11 of the 12 rounds, 182-92.

Yet Pacquiao came out empty handed and absorbed his 7th career loss in 67 fights.
