MANILA – Proud girlfriend!

This is the best way to describe Alyssa Valdez, who took to Instagram to congratulate her boyfriend, Kiefer Ravena, for finally earning his college degree.

Posting a picture of them locked in an embrace, Valdez expressed in the caption how much faith she had in Ravena even if not everyone believed he could graduate.

“So proud of this guy! You've been through a lot for the past 5 years and you deserve the best reward! And that is to finally march and get an Ateneo diploma,” he said.

Saying Ravena is “simply amazing,” Valdez wrote: “Achievement unlocked! Onto the next goal and dream.”

On Saturday, Ravena finished his degree in Communications Technology Management.

The Ateneo de Manila University athletes publicly admitted their relationship during their live appearance on “Tonight with Boy Abunda” last June 8.

Earlier in the year, the two sent fans into a frenzy when they were caught kissing after one of Valdez's volleyball matches in the UAAP. They also spent Valentine's Day together.

Last month, Ravena, the former star player of the Blue Eagles, posted a photo on his Instagram account showing him with Valdez of the Ateneo Lady Eagles.

"Finally, yes," he captioned the post, hinting that he and Valdez were already a couple.

The two then went on a trip to London and Paris. They visited the Eiffel Tower and Disneyland Paris, among other tourist spots.
