Moreno, Francisco Domagoso in real life, filed on Friday his certificate of candidacy for mayor of Manila City.

If he wins next year's elections, Moreno said his first order of duty is to fix the waste management in Manila, citing the problem of uncollected trash.

He also revealed plans to develop social services in the Philippine capital and improve tourism by pushing for community enterprises in Escolta, Binondo, Lawton, and Malate-Ermita.
