Abdulpatta Escalon Abubakar, a Filipino national who came from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, was arrested around 8:30 a.m. after undergoing secondary inspection.

During the inspection, authorities found that Abubakar is a suspected terrorist allegedly supported by a local terror group. The BI report to the Department of Justice, released to the media Tuesday afternoon, did not identify his affiliation.
