MANILA - The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Expressway project that will connect Terminals 1 and 2 to southern portions of the metro including the Mall of Asia, the PAGCOR Entertainment City, and the Cavite Expressway is set to be opened to motorists on September 22.

Motorists will have to pay P35 to gain end-to-end access to the two-kilometer Skyway connector that is expected to decongest roads surrounding NAIA.

Cruz told ABS-CBN News that the Skyway connector for the NAIA Terminal 3 is expected to be completed by December, while the Skyway project that will stretch from Buendia to Balintawak is slated to open by January 2019.
