MANILA - Four areas in northern Philippines remain under tropical cyclone warning signal no. 1 as "Jolina" is expected to leave the Philippine area of responsibility Saturday night, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 11 a.m. weather advisory, PAGASA said the center of "Jolina" was estimated at 120 kilometers west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur as of 10 a.m.

"Jolina" has accelerated and re-intensified, packing maximum sustained winds of 80 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 95 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 24 kph.

Tropical cyclone warning signal no. 1 remains hoisted over the following areas, where winds of 30 to 60 kph may be expected in the next 36 hours:
