MANILA - A truck carrying a load of sand tipped to its side at the Bocaue Exit of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) at around 6 a.m. Tuesday.

Mike Ocampo of the NLEX traffic control group said the truck's brakes malfunctioned after the vehicle hit the impact attenuator approaching the toll booth.
