MANILA- The wife of Pampanga 3rd district Rep.Aurelio "Dong" Gonzales was among the victims of the deadly attack at Resorts World Manila in Pasay City Friday.

Elizabeth Panlilo Gonzales was part of the list of fatalities released by the casino's management. Her death was also confirmed by Philippine National Police Chief, Director General Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa to House Majority Leader Rodolfo Fariñas.

Fariñas shared to reporters Dela Rosa's text message to him which read: "Sir positive wife of Rep. Dong Gonzales of Pampanga is Elizabeth Panlilio Gonzales - died in the incident We are still looking for her sister Consolacion P. Mijares. No report yet."

Resorts World Manila said 35 people have died in the shooting rampage of an alleged lone suspect. Thirteen of the victims were employees of the casino while 22 others were guests.

Police earlier said the "Caucasian-looking" male suspect barged into the casino carrying long firearms, shot an LED TV and then tried to ransack P113 million worth of chips from a casino storage room. He later committed suicide by setting himself on fire inside a room at the Maxims Hotel, police said.
