Ria Kalaw, the late senator's granddaughter, said Estrada-Kalaw died at 12:36 p.m. at the Medical Center Manila.

As of posting time, the family has yet to receive a medical report as to the cause of Estrada-Kalaw's death, her granddaughter said.

The wake for Estrada-Kalaw will be held from May 29 to 31 at the Heritage Memorial Park, her granddaughter said. Her remains will then be brought to the Senate on June 1.
