MANILA- Retired SPO3 Arthur Lascañas claimed in a Senate hearing on Monday that President Rodrigo Duterte shouldered fees for his kidney transplant.

Lascañas, who has linked Duterte to the alleged Davao Death Squad, said the former Davao City mayor gave him P200,000 through retired police officer Sonny Buenaventura.

"Pinadalhan ako ni mayor ng P200,000 through Sonny Buenaventura," Lascañas said.
