The body of an unidentified man was found near a forest in Barangay Colon, Naga City in Cebu province on Wednesday night by a group of youngsters looking for their lost goats in the area.

Police retrieved the body that was clad only in a gray polka dot shirt, blue maong pants, and rubber shoes. The body was in an advanced state of decomposition.
